To facilitate deposits and withdrawals in IDR, we share necessary transaction data with Indonesian bank partners (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, bel4d will notify affected Players without undue delay and will take all reasonable steps to contain the breach and mitigate its impact.
Security is a shared responsibility. Players are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for their bel4d Account, enable two-factor authentication where available, and never share login credentials with any third party.
Regardless of where you are based, bel4d recognizes the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 16.
Request a copy of all Personal Data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held in your Account profile.
Request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
Request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute or correction request is being resolved.
Receive a copy of data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) for transfer to another service.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any profiling used for marketing or behavioral analytics purposes.
We will respond to all verified rights requests within 30 calendar days. In complex cases we may extend this by an additional 30 days, with notice given to you. We will not charge a fee for exercising any of these rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.
The bel4d Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration process, and KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
If we discover or are notified that Personal Data belonging to a person under 21 years of age has been collected — whether because a false date of birth was provided during registration or for any other reason — we will immediately suspend the Account, void any associated balance, and permanently delete the Personal Data in question. Any deposits made to such an Account will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any bonuses or promotional credits received.

bel4d may send you promotional emails, WhatsApp messages, or on-platform notifications about bonuses, new game releases, special events, and seasonal promotions — such as those tied to BRI Liga 1, the AFC Cup, Idul Fitri, or other occasions relevant to Indonesian players — but only where you have given explicit consent to receive such communications.

Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect your ability to use the Platform or receive essential transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and policy updates. These service-related messages are not subject to opt-out as they are necessary for the performance of your Account contract.
The Platform may contain links or references to third-party services, game studios, or payment providers. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, which bel4d neither controls nor endorses. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing them with Personal Data.
Our responsibility extends only to Personal Data collected directly by the bel4d Platform. We are not responsible for the data practices of external sites or services that you access via links from our Platform.
bel4d reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the services we offer. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
